Worst mattress. Buyer Beware of Return Policy! King Koil King Jasmine Mattress is not like the one in the Store. It is very firm. Return is 15% plus $99 pick up fee. After laying on it indentation that does not bounce up. Very disappointed in Macys.. Never thought I would be returning a mattress.

Excellent Mattress

Awesome mattress for people who want a nice soft ( not too soft) plush mattress. I have a bad hip and it is fine for me to sleep on my side on that hip. Great mattress, recommended.

don’t buy!

This mattress is hard as a rock! Doesn’t feel like the sample. It was torture and after three nights I gave up. Macy’s is not transparent about their returns. They give a pamphlet that says you can one time switch if you don’t like it. Then on a folded receipt stapled up, the fine print says you lose 15% to trade. That is poor business practice and I’m very disappointed in Macy’s.

King Koil Natural Jasmine Medium 14.5 HyBrid Mattress: I received this mattress on November 07, 2024. I loved it. It was just the right firmness and the support was exactly what I wanted. However, after about a week of use I felt a slight sinking of the mattress where I sat up in the bed. Whenever I rolled over to the other side, I could feel a sloping of the mattress. I inspected the mattress and noticed a slight indentation where my body rested. After about 2 weeks the indentation remained, and was more pronounced. Given the fact that I am 5' 6" and 140 lbs, this should never happen. My old mattress was in better structural shape after 10 years of use. On November 23, 2024, I called Macy's. I was given an appointment for inspection for December 20, 2024. I await their inspection.

Beautifully Constructed but Firmer Than Advertised

I recently purchased this mattress based on the company’s description of it being “medium firm,” expecting a good balance of support and comfort. You can tell that the mattress is high quality, beautifully constructed, and offers excellent edge support, which I appreciated. However, the level of firmness was disappointing. Despite the “medium” claim, I found it far too firm for my preference, making it difficult to get comfortable. I stuck with it for the over 60-days as a sleep trial, hoping it might break in or that I’d adjust, but unfortunately, I was uncomfortable the whole time. The mattress also seemed to retain heat as I was very warm at night (maybe the wool materials). I’d recommend it to those who specifically seek out extra firm support as the Jasmine mattress might be for you.
