Awful

It started sagging immediately. And yes we had the mfg rec supports. Got worse and worse. Made like junk. Most of all it was like sleeping in an oven. It is so hot! I’ve never slept on a mattress that did that before. It makes us both sweat profusely!! This mattress is garbage. And for the price it’s criminal.

Great Mattress

Slept well from day one but had some aches after getting up for a couple of weeks while my body readjusted to the way it should be. Very solid, comfortable and well made mattress.

Love it!

I was hesitant about this mattress after reading some of the negative reviews but we are very pleased with this purchase. I will agree that it feels a bit firmer than the one in the store but that’s to be expected. That one has had many people lay on it and it softens up after a while. I’m a side sleeper and my boyfriend is a back sleeper. We now wake up with no sore hips or backs! No weird smells, fit perfect on our bed frame and it doesn’t sleep hot. I recommend this mattress.

Excellent Mattress

Awesome mattress for people who want a nice soft ( not too soft) plush mattress. I have a bad hip and it is fine for me to sleep on my side on that hip. Great mattress, recommended.

don’t buy!

This mattress is hard as a rock! Doesn’t feel like the sample. It was torture and after three nights I gave up. Macy’s is not transparent about their returns. They give a pamphlet that says you can one time switch if you don’t like it. Then on a folded receipt stapled up, the fine print says you lose 15% to trade. That is poor business practice and I’m very disappointed in Macy’s.

Problematic

King Koil Natural Jasmine Medium 14.5 HyBrid Mattress: I received this mattress on November 07, 2024. I loved it. It was just the right firmness and the support was exactly what I wanted. However, after about a week of use I felt a slight sinking of the mattress where I sat up in the bed. Whenever I rolled over to the other side, I could feel a sloping of the mattress. I inspected the mattress and noticed a slight indentation where my body rested. After about 2 weeks the indentation remained, and was more pronounced. Given the fact that I am 5' 6" and 140 lbs, this should never happen. My old mattress was in better structural shape after 10 years of use. On November 23, 2024, I called Macy's. I was given an appointment for inspection for December 20, 2024. I await their inspection.
