Blissful Sleepers

We traded our twelve .year-old Tempur-Pedic for the King Koil Natural Orchid. Our shopping and delivery experiences were outstanding. Tom Tieu in Macy’s Union Square Furniture Department was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Delivery Team headed by Jonathan M. was very professional and flawless. The firm mattress and box spring are the perfect replacement for our support needs (both side and back sleepers) without the Tempur-Pedic’s heat retention.

King Koil Orchid Queen

So far, it’s a winner. It is a firm mattress, but not hard to me. Just what my back needed. I’m sleeping so much better.

King Koil Orchid TOO FIRM AND UNCOMFORTABLE!

This was a replacement for another mattress I got at Macy's that lasted A MONTH AND WAS SAGGING!! So after much research and trying several other companies at many stores, I chose this Orchid Firm Queen! Big Mistake again!! The sales person felt my first mattress failed due to my frame not giving enough support, despite it being under my memory Foam mattress for 14 years!! So I installed SEVEN 1x6 slats with 4x4 wood supports!! This frame can now support ANYTHING!! Not this mattress!! It was ok for about a month, then started to feel like I was sleeping on a rock!! To keep it short, I have back issues and it was discussed with several sales people at Macy's! While they tried to make it right, this mattress was not good either! My doctor suggested I try a topper, which finally found a 2 inch Memory Foam one that is just OK on it!! I WOULD NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM MACY"S AGAIN!! I WOULD BUY ONE THAT HAS A 90 DAY FREE TRIAL, WHICH EVEN THE BIG THREE MFG's OFFER DIRECT ONLINE!

Luxury Firm Perfection

I purchased the King Koil Orchid Firm Queen based the natural organic product features. The firm mattress was extremely supportive and very comfortable and the quality is at a high level. The mattress is very favorable in both back and side sleeping without being too firm or too plush. Love it!!!!

New King Koil mattress

we recently purchased this mattress from Macys. we tried several different brands at the store and felt this was firm enough for the two of us. it was more than 15 years since our last purchase. the mattress is firm but has a little pillow top to it. my husband notices that his back feels much better. I’m sleeping better as well on this mattress.
