Not functional

I don’t know if I t’s the strap or the bag… but they don’t work well together. The bag flips over & the contents spills out. If u wear it as a crossbody it’s fine. But picking it up & just having it on your shoulder it’s always top heavy & flips. Sorry I bought it.
