i like the bag but in just less than a week use, one of the handle started tearing. i have to return it

I ordered the black with white handles. I love the brand and have been buying if for years. Although this bag was the perfect size, shape, price, textile, I just didn't like that the handles didn't fold down when wearing it as a crossbody bag. That is the only issue I had with it. Otherwise I would have kept it. A lot of designers, even expensive brands, have the handles in a fixed upright position. I wish they offered the option of them folding down.

Almost Perfect
Pros: Adorable, roomy while being compact, and love the contrasting handles (got the black wit the distinctive light tan woven handles). Cons: No outside pockets, and the inside slip pockets are too skimpy for my cell phone.
