Button clasp un-threaded, straps always slip

I’ve used this bag for 10 months. Sadly, the thread that holds the button clasp has unthreaded. Eventually, I won’t be able to secure the top flap of the bag. Additionally, I always seem to have to adjust the strap length. I like to wear the straps at the shortest setting, but the straps self-lengthens, and I’m always having to adjust the straps multiple times a day.

Cute

Very good quality, lots of pockets, great storage space. I can tell it will hold up well. One complaint is I have a habit of not zipping up and with this backpack, if you do that, the entire thing hangs open because the magnet on the button doesn’t easily grasp.
