Nice small casual purse.

I was really disappointed in the size of the purse. I am a big purse fan so I was disappointed when I saw how small the purse is.

Received this item pills and hair or fur

Received this item Warm Beige M1 with pills and hair or fur, the strap was not tied it is definitely returned item and I felt very unsafe the pill case. It was a birthday gift and it is 2 days later, so I've reached out the customer service and they said it is not available to re-ship. So disappointed and even sending wrong return label
