I regret buying this backpack

I bought this beautiful backpack a year ago, it has been lightly used but the seams are opening inside. In addition, the zippers have always been difficult to close as they grasp the fabric. I expected better of a Kipling backpack. I am so disappointed and the window of return is closed. I don’t recommend it.

I bought it for my daughter and she loved it, all the features are amazing.
