No Monkey and Smells Bad

I ordered this backpack online, and it does not have the Kipling furry monkey. The Kipling tag was re-attached on the top of the backpack. Obviously, a customer returned this backpack and kept the monkey. So, Macy's delivered the returned backpack to me. I returned the backpack at the Macy's store at Chandler, AZ and ordered another Seoul small black backpack. I expected it a brand new Seoul small black backpack. Then, the Macy's store at Chandler shipped the same backpack (no monkey and reattached tag on the top the backpack) that I returned. I am going to return it with the other stuff I ordered at Macy's online. I can use the money to pay for gas for driving again to Macy's at Chandler.

excellent bag!

My daughter had this bag in the larger version and it lasted through elementary school until today and she uses it for college. I now bought her this one and she loves it, light, stylish, contains so much inside, and I know it will practically last forever. highly recommended.

Great Bookbag

Kipling is one of my preferred bags when I shop, I got the bookbag this summer for a little more convience and I absolutely love it!! The inside is roomy and I can adjust it to comfort.
