Needs a longer crossbody strap

I wish this bag was what I hoped it would be. I had the impression the long strap would be more adjustable and longer but it wasn't and that makes using it as a cross the body bag awkward. I wish they had been more forthcoming about that.

Perfect purse

I do not normally buy purses online but with the shelter in place order, I decided to go shopping at Macys.com. I found it to be quite an enjoyable experience. The website offers multiple views of every item, including the insides of the purses. This purse in particular caught my eye. It appeared to be exactly what I was looking for but I was still apprehensive about buying it online. When the purse arrived, I fell in love! It is the most perfect purse I have ever bought, from the size, material, pockets and handles. I'm considering buying another one in a different color.

Absolutely perfect!!

This bag "does it all" for me. The size is perfect, the pockets, zipper compartments, dual handle options are perfect, fabric is perfect/sturdy, I am thrilled with this find, and it's worth every penny!

Multi-Functional purse!!!

This is a great purse/bag!!! Kipling is one of my favorite brands and it always delivers!!! You can wear this as a crossbody purse or a handbag!!! It fits so much in it too!!! I can carry a book or my IPad Mini or both plus a cosmetic bag and wallet!!! Plenty of outside zippers too!!! I think I want another color in it now!!!

color of straps are black

I like the size. it can even pack my laptop. In the picture，the shoulder strap and hand straps are dark brown, however, they are black in my received bag. so just give 4star.
