Disappointed

I love the look of this bag however, the large tassel is plastic, which I was not expecting and it is terribly hard to look inside of or get anything out of because it does not open very wide. For these reasons, I will probably return it.

Never received the bag

It is almost one month later and I have not received this bag. Talking to automated customer service says bag is on its way. Of course the purchase has already shown up on my Macy’s card. Cannot reorder as it’s now unavailable. Totally frustrating.

Not even leather?!?

Horrible quality for the price. Thought at $80+ on sale it would at least be leather.

Fabulous handbag

This handbag is fabulous!! It's light and very roomy!! I believe this will always stay in style! Remove the tassel and replace with scarves or more upscale tassels Very happy and got it on sale!!!
