Not As Pictured

I was very excited to find this bag. I was looking for a bright, all-white small crossbody bag for the spring and summer and this looked perfect...online. The bag I received was off white and dingy. It even seemed like it had been used. The strap and lining were a different color from the bag. I really wanted to like it because it otherwise fits my needs but I can't ignore how it looks so I'm returning it.
