Kipling Excellence

I own several Kipling backpacks. I’m stating that to clearly indicate my belief that Kipling puts out good products. This small crossbody back falls into that category. There are lots of compartments. All I need to carry fits well including of course my cell, wallet, lipsticks, meds, etc.. Great bag: good price!

Not Received

I have not even received the purse I ordered, was supposed to be delivered on Sept 6th and nothing I have been watching the tracking and it said to be delivered by Ontrac and they said they have not received it and no date , I am furious over this, this is the 2nd time in a row I have ordered something through Macy's and a problem with the delivery, last time it took almost 3 weeks to receive and only because I called and complain, I am a very long time customer of Macy's and the customer service is going down , it is so very sad
