Excellent Quality!

I love the Kips Bay TV stand. It's just the right size and has a very high quality look to it. Unique design, not your everyday tv stand. Solid wood, solid construction. Very happy with my purchase!

Kips Bay TV Stand - Love It!

I am enjoying the look of my Kips Bay tv stand. It is such a high end product that looks amazing in my living room. The black hardware adds an element of sleek and refined quality. The deep drawers on the right side are so appealing, and the open door on the left is different, but well liked. I am very satisfied with my selection and highly recommend it for purchase!! 5 stars.

In love with this!

Love the unique finish of this piece. Looks high end and everyone that sees it comments on how much they like it. Great storage - love the deep drawers on the one side and shelves in the other. Can hide away everything! Bought matching end table too looks great with Elliott charcoal living room set.

Love this piece!

I recently purchased the Kips Bay TV console for my new apartment and I love it! The size is perfect for a smaller room and the black hardware is so sleek. The shutter style front is so pretty and compliments my wide slat blinds nicely. I am very happy; the piece was delivered in perfect condition.

Terrible customer service

The unit arrived with a broken track on one of the drawers and when I contacted customer service I explained exactly what was wrong with it, I even uploaded pictures so when the 'carpenter specialist' Macy's sent out would know exactly what needed to be fixed. The carpenter then came and said that he would have to come back another time because he didn't know a track was broken. I have no idea why he didn't know this other than a complete lack of communication between customer service and the carpenter they sent out. I would not recommend buying furniture from Macy's. They also delivered dining room chairs that had to be completely disassembled in order to remove the protective plastic. Very unorganized company and customer service.
