Didn't have the opportunity to review product!

Terrible customer service. Drying mats not received - storage boxes arrived instead. Even with the error being Macy's, a refund would not be made on my credit card - only a gift card which I said I did not want. The customer service rep's accent was so difficult to understand I had to have my husband also listen to try to interpret her responses.
