I bought this grinder five months ago and was initially very happy with it—until it suddenly stopped working. Despite careful maintenance, a plastic tooth in the upper burr snapped, rendering it unusable. Although I registered the warranty and contacted KitchenAid, after an initial promise to send a replacement within 10 business days, I’ve been met with delays, out-of-stock excuses, and eventually no response. For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable. KitchenAid’s poor workmanship and failure to honor their warranty have left me extremely disappointed. I now have to buy a new grinder—from a different brand—and will no longer trust or purchase KitchenAid appliances.

Best coffee grinder
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is an exceptional coffee grinder. It’s very quiet and you can place your filter right underneath for quick and easy morning coffee. The grind consistency is perfect and can be dialed into any preference. Highly recommend this grinder. It’s also not messy. I think competitors write these bad reviews. We enjoy a good coffee so we do take our coffee making serious.

Simply a great coffee grinder
We replaced a very old burr grinder that quit working. The new KitchenAid has surpassed our expectations. It's attractive, easy to use, quieter than the old one, and grinds very consistently. Plus, it has a smaller footprint ... another benefit we didn't expect!

Amazing quality
I was in need of a new coffee grinder because my current one is so static that I dread grinding coffee as I know I will have a lot of cleanup to do. I love KitchenAid products, and this coffee grinder has both beautiful design and high-quality. It was easy to assemble and use. The instructions are very clear. It grinded coffee perfectly! it is very easy to clean and I love that the ground coffee container has a cover so I can store my coffee in it. This coffee grinder works pretty quietly. The price is not the cheapest, but it is so worth it for the quality! I wouldn’t hesitate getting this KitchenAid coffee grinder.
