Absolutely love it for cooking; well designed, very well made, very sturdy, and beautiful to look at if left out on countertop. I have used it many times since purchase and have no complaints; not a one! Well worth the cost...

Good multi cooker
I like the multi pot. It’s sautés at a high temperature which is much better than the other pot that I had. The slow cooking settings are fine. The risotto setting is disappointing. Takes a bit to follow how do use the pot but it is ok once you get used to it. My disappointment is that you need the stir tower especially for risotto but you can’t buy the stir tower anymore. If that was available I would’ve given this a much higher rating.

need more support
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have enjoyed using the multi cooker as an alternative to my crock pot. Because it is not a pressure cooker all of the multi cooker cook books that I found online were for the Instant Pot. Most of the recipes use an element of pressure cooking. I was not able to download the ecook book for this product and I even called in to talk to someone about this problem. Still no success. I have emailed twice asking for help and no one has return my request. Because of the lack of support I now regret the purchase and wish I bought the Instant Pot instead. If some one is interested in making me happy they can print the e book and mail it to me. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this product because there are no cook books to go with it. When I purchased the 600 pro mixer the cook book bible impressed me and I was so happy with the purchase that is why we bought the multicooker. We also have the convection oven with the induction cook top and we love it. The support for those 2 products has been great but the support for the multicooker falls very short.

Funny smell and screen turns off
I bought the multi cooker recently and used it to cook risotto. The results were great but the process was not smooth. First there was a strong smell of metal coming through right from the beginning when I started the sautée process. I assumed it was new and the smell would go away but please clarify as I’ve used it again and it still smells the same. I’m using this mainly for my baby so I want to make sure it is actually not faulty. Secondly the control panel switches off after a while and I am unable to turn it on without completely switching the entire machine off and waiting for a minute before turning it on again. I am also unable to change function halfway through unless I turn the machine off which doesn’t seem right. Unless I can understand how the machine works better and also an explanation for the smell, I would be hesitant to recommend it to anyone.

Works great for stir fry.
It makes good hamburger helper and similar meals. It makes good slow cooker stews.

Who needs a stove???
I recieved this as a gift for Christmas...to add to my kitchenaid stand mixer....I love kitchenaid products. Not only do they work amazing but they look beautiful in your kitchen. I made an amazing roast with rainbow carrots and potatoes for dinner yesterday and I was beyond satisfied. I love my multicooker
