Frustrating a complete waste of my time!!

They shipped me a damage stool and refused to exchange. It should I had to return all three stools so I had to re-pack three stools. Then they lied to me and told me that UPS was going to pick it up. That was not true. The return authorization stated I had to take it to UPS which I did then when I got to UPS they said oh you only have one sticker you need three back on the phone for another frustrating experience to get the additional stickers. I will never buy any furniture from Macy’s again.
