Krill oil softgels
I have used Krill Oil on and off for a while. I definitely feel the difference when I am off my joints ache, as soon as I start taking it my joints no longer ache. That’s the obvious relief, but I am sure it’s helping my body in many different ways.

Krill oil vs dry eyes
I had cataract surgery and opted for the UV adjustable lens, and the UV treatments really dried out my eyes to the point of great discomfort. I found Krill oil capsules and they improved my dry eyes to the point that I never use eye drops now.

Thankful this product exists
Though I can't say I feel or see better or differently, I'm counting on Krill Oil to be truthful and believe that the 1200 mg softgels do what the company says they do. I appreciate they have the backing of Good Housekeeping. The pill IS big, but I just drink more. My husband doesn't like fish, so I'm thankful a product like this exists. I also do the subscription program so I don't quit taking it.

Big, but so far I'm happy
I'll just switch to the smaller caps once I'm done with the 1200mg ones I have. In my case I probably just need a bit of practice and maybe use 'easier to swallow' tricks ('eating' the pill has helped in the past, basically swallowing a large pill with food rather than water. Soft slick fruits like banana, papaya, and figs are great when you start off with this method). My suggestion to assess how you would do with the 1200mg cap if you aren't too sure about the size is: if you have taken cold medication gel caps like the ones from nyquil or alka seltzer and find you can swallow both in one go you are probably good to go; if you can swallow one at a time you should also still be good but it could seem a bit too big at first. Good news, if you have eaten nori and are fine with the taste you'll be fine with the taste of the oil too. Like I said, I'll switch to smaller caps once I'm through these ones since I occasionally have some mild issues swallowing. It may not be ideal but, biting down on the cap to swallow the oil (followed by the now partially squished cap to help get my body used to the size) has been a viable option. Worth noting I'm sensitive to fishy tastes.
