Don’t ever buy

Bought this couch and it was wonderful at first. The people Who delivered it made it look so great but 2 months later I hear a spring lose in the left side of the sectional. (We sat on it maybe 10 times) You sink into the couch based on the quality and set up. I never get the warranty because it’s very never experienced this with Macys. I called and got the runaround. Do t purchase furniture from Macys. I was so disappointed with hen they kept sending me to different prompts that didn’t apply to my need.

I want to return

Ordered a 7 piece sectional with 3 powered chairs. First delivery was short a chair. Second delivery was a non powered chair. Now being told the chair won’t be ready until late June. Beginning to think this is a boat and switch maneuver where they’re hoping I’ll take a non-powered chair and a discount. I won’t! There are 3 in my family!

Worst shipping estimate

Ordered first week of March - delivery estimated 2nd week of April [almost 5 weeks]. Last day they say moved it to June 2 week. Go figure!

Poor quality cushions

It's a beautiful piece, but the cushions are of poor quality. Within the first two weeks, we noticed them starting to sink. Now, just three months later, the cushions look uneven and worn, as if they've been used for years. We’re very disappointed and cannot recommend this product

Krofton

Not even a year old and the sofa is no longer functional. Purchased the protection plan. Called a few times and have not received a call back. A bad purchase.

I do not recommend this sofa

I purchased in July, didn’t get delivered until September 18. Sofa headrest will not go back down. Stopped working 4 months after it arrived. With only light use of sofa and it breaks within 4 months. I purchased the warranty protection. Tried submitting a claim but was advised it’s still under vendor warranty. Tried calling Macys to have it fixed and Shane told me he would call me back 2 weeks ago and he didn’t. Just called again, was told they only have one day in February during the week for a vendor inspection. Macys and this vendor are making it extremely difficult to correct this matter. this process should not be so difficult, especially for the amount of money paid. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this company and I do not recommend it either!
