Not what I expected

I've had this sofa for a couple of weeks now. The cushions are pillow top and soft but the seat cushions and back are saggy. In addition, In addition, I didn't expect the sofa to come vacuum sealed and in boxes which was inconvenient. For the price I paid, I expected it to be assembled. I only kept it because it became too much of a hassle to return it and wasn’t able to return it at local store. Overall, I am not happy with this sofa.
