Beautiful clock

This is a very nice silent clock. It looks very good in my study. Actually, I might get 1 more for the guest bedroom: it is that nice a clock!

not silent, quite annoying in fact.

It looks nice and the sweeping motion is nice. It was dead silent when I installed the battery and it was laying on its back but as soon as you turn it vertical and put it on the wall suddenly it becomes quite audible and far more annoying than a normal ticking clock. You can take it down turn it on its back bang it a bit and it will stop making the noise until you hang it again and it will start making noise again in a few minutes. Incredibly infuriating and annoying.
