Whimsical

The material is definitely silk and drapes nicely. The “Handcrafted embellished beaded detail” is rhinestones and they add a nice touch BUT I’m hoping they aren’t too shiny or flashy in the sun. Bought this for a vacation coverup but might make it a dinner dress option. I will admit, I would not have paid full price, glad I waited until it was on sale.
