Got stuck and bent in less than 2 months

I thought these were great, I was happy, but then the clasp on one got stuck. I guess it misalligned when I put it on my earring holder. With no way to slide it off without breaking my wall mounted jewelry cabinet, I had to pull and eventually use my jewelry pliers. It was so soft that the earring was misshapen just from pulling with my fingers. A diamond also fell out. And they don't stand behind their products if you don't buy the extended warranty. Happened after 45 days or so, and took me another couple of weeks to get it off. Luckily it didn't get stuck in my ear, but I am very disappointed!
