missing one pair of earrings

I ordered 2 pairs of Lab-Grown Pink Sapphire (5/8 ct. t.w.) & Green Crystal Flower Stud Earrings in Sterling Silver and I received only one pair. The earring looks very nice and good quality but I didn't receive the second pair. I gave them 3 stars because of that.
