TERRIBLE PRODUCT & Customer Service

If I could give it a Negative star I would! This is a TERRIBLE product. Do not waste your money. Stones fall off, quality is just awful AND Macy's will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you if you are even a day over your return period. Their customer service is not what it used to be!
