Did not get what I ordered

Love macys and never experienced this before..I received only half of what I ordered. One chain had the cluster of saphires..but the second chain hada palm tree instead of the 7/8 carat saphire I ordered. See pic Justin

Not as advertised

Item I received had a flat disk withe a tree engraved on it instead of the larger single stone showed in the photo. The chain and smaller cluster of stones was beautiful and as pictured. So, I know I would have liked it if the item, had been as advertised. Waste of my time and gasoline to return. Very disappointed and should be compensated via a future discount (without expiration).
