Hand fell off on second wear - Macys unhelpful
Watch hand fell off on the second wear. Macys has been super unhelpful and said since it was more than 30 days after purchase they can’t help even though on the website it says it’s covered by a 2 year warranty. Extremely disappointed with the Macy’s customer service and will not buy big ticket items at Macys anymore - they don’t stand by their products and the service is horrible. It’s really sad as I’ve been a Gold Member for decades. But who wants to spend hundreds only to be told sorry too bad after 30 days? Watch quality - can it be any good if a hand falls off the second time it’s worn?

I gave this Black Lacoste 12.12 automatic leather watch to my twenty year old son and he absolutely loves it. He has worn it to the gym and swimming and has had zero problems with it. My son wears this watch daily, it’s so versatile that it can be worn for dressy occasion's too. Really like this watch my wife loves it. My son wants to wear it. It keeps time pretty well. I even leave the watch off for a while and put it back on. It’s still has correct time, wish there were more color options for this watch, but there is a good selection.

I really like this watch, I’ve wore it for few days and it’s on the lighter side so it feels perfect. The watch has automatic movement so I never have to worry about replacing batteries.
