Very poor quality

I gave this set to my son and daughter in law last Christmas 2020. We were visiting them this Christmas and I asked about it. They had 2 throw 1 away because the handle was separating. The other 2 pieces are doing the same. The handle is poor quality plastic and I was embarrassed that I gave them such an inferior set.
