Even my grandmother who is 70 years old has been using this product for many years and was so happy with it. We are so disappointed that it was discontinued. When I went to order more for my grandmother and saw it was discontinued we were very upset. I don’t understand why Lancome would cancel a product that has both spf, moisturizing, and antioxidants in one cream. This cream was truly the best out of all of them because it truly served for every purpose. I am allergic to most creams and this was the only one that did not give me a bad reaction. Please consider bringing this item back soon.

Devastated Discontinued
My mother used this forever and her skin looked amazing - so I started using it 5 years ago and it was the BEST moisturizer with sunscreen / night cream combo. I am crushed that it has been discontinued. I do not like the “suggested” replacements at all. Why did they discontinue such an amazing and popular cream?!? Right as I turned 50! I have been trying other brands but none are as good as this was. So sad. We were a family of Lancôme women - but no more.

I cannot believe that Bienfait Multi-Vital has been discontinued. I have used it for 35 - 40 years. I cannot afford the other Lancome moisturizers. I am retired now and on a fixed income. I can only believe that Lancome just doesn't care and doesn't want to take the time to sell this wonderful cream because it is inexpensive. This may sound dumb but this cream has been with me daily and there's a lot of sentimental feelings. I don't know what I will do. Very sad. So please don't respond, Lancome. I do not want to hear "try another cream". I'm sure they are wonderful. I would but I cannot afford it.

The Bienfait Multi-vital was an amazing cream. Loved that it had SPF 30 and moisturized combination skin as well as dry skin. The price was affordable. Now you give us 2 choices: one 2× the price; the other, without sunscreen and not as good. Fortunately, Estee Lauder has a product similar to your discontinued one: DayWear, whose functionality and price point are in line with Bienfait. Looks like I'm going to be an Estee Lauderdale girl now!

This is many people's favorite sunscreen moisturizer. why would Lancome choose to discontinue such a popular item? Lancome suggestion is to purchase a more expensive moisturizer with no sunscreen. That makes no sense at all. I will be going elsewhere to find a comparable sunscreen/moisturizer. All the years that I’ve supported Lancome, this is a slap in the face to all of the women who use this product. Shame on you Lancome.

Please do not discontinue this and the night cream. The other creams from Lancôme do not work as well as this one on my skin.. please bring them back or I’ll have to look for another brand.
