Unhappy

Application is easy with good results. Sharpening is the problem. I tried with my sharpener but it didn’t work. The Lancôme le sharpener that you recommended is out of stock. Unless you can remedy this problem I will not order again. Too expensive to only last two weeks.

Lancome Gel Pencil

The colors go on rather smooth, & stay brilliant. However, with that being said, it does clump a little underneath my eyes. I am a contact wearer, so little particles in my eye is a big deal!!!! I use a slightly damp Q tip to pick the dots of eyeliner under my bottom lashes. It removes easily while wet. I have found what works best for me is to roll the gel eyeliner sideways on paper towel to get to the creamier gel pencil! I also apply slightly more pressure making darker thin lines. Lancome Gel Pencil does not smear! I also apply a thin line of eyeshadow under the lower lashes.The gel then goes on smoother. It is easy to clean up smudges, the colors are beautiful, & all day last especially when using powder eyeshadow.

Irritated

It came with the tip broken off and now nothing else will come up/out. So did not get to use and definitely upset I spent money on an item that I wasn't able to use.
