Good but not good enough

Is a “okay serum” good for hydration but not for the purpose of the product cause I didn’t see any changes in my skin like other products of the same brand during a whole month of use

I see and feel the difference

I got this item as a gift and was skeptical on how it worked. It seemed fine. But when I stopped using it, I definitely noticed a difference. People have also commented on how good my skin was looking and I have to attribute it to this because I haven't been using anything else new. I use 1x a day, in the morning before applying face cream and sunscreen.
