Bi-facil is the best eye makeup remover

I have been using Bi-Facil for years and still prefer it to any other eye makeup remover. It does the job quickly and efficiently, feels good on the eyes and leaves a clean and soft feeling on the face. Every other eye makeup remover I have tried does not come close.
