There are many brush products on the market and I have tried low to higher end products. Lancome Blush Subtle has the longevity and natural appearance like none other, especially the Aplum color on my light to medium light complexion depending on the season. Being in the upper sixties now in age, I tend to stay away from the sparkly finishes but the subtle finish of Miel Glace over Aplum provides the perfect finishing touch. These blushes do not emphasize lines and blend flawlessly into your skin. Lesser quality blush will sit on top of your skin, make you look older and the colors will not blend appropriately giving a "clown-like" appearance, certainly not attractive. I can't recommend more highly than thus blush. I've used it over 20 years now and although I have others in my arsenal, this is by far my favorite and #1 go-to blush.

I love this blush because it truly looks like a natural “blush”, just a bit of cheek color. It’s easy to apply, and not heavy or thick. I recently tried the Miel Glacé for the first time and love the color. However, when I was outside on a sunny day, I noticed it has a shimmer(!) which I do NOT want! Nowhere in the description did it mention shimmer. I even went to “chat” a few days ago and asked the specific question, and was told none of the Blush SubtiI products had shimmer. I would love to see Lancome include a detailed description for each blush, the tones (pink,peach,mocha,etc), shimmer or not, etc, to help customers decide on a blush color. I know you will recommend I visit a Lancome representative in a store close to me, but that doesn’t exist, as I do not live a convenient drive to a store with Lancome. I hope to see more product details online soon, thanks.

I have used this same powder for many years. Sometimes I’d try another blush, but I always came back to this one. The color is perfect, the texture is silky soft and glides on to my skin. It lasts all day! I’m hooked!
