    • SKIN TYPES:

    • HOW TO USE:
    • First week, apply once every three days, morning or evening
    • Second week, apply every other day, morning or evening
    • Third week, apply every day, morning or evening
    • Warnings:
    • Always apply your current moisturizer and strong SPF 30 (UVA/UVB) at a minimum
    • Do not apply more than two pumps of serum even if the three formulas don't come out
    • Do not apply onto eyelids or eye area
    • If a dispensing delay does occur, turn product horizontally and pump to remove air pockets at top of chambers; this usually takes 3-6 pumps, but it may require more pumps to activate; it can also help to wipe off nozzle if excess product has accumulated

Pump problem

Early to provide product review as I have a problem with the pump system. First two days only one pump worked and later tow pumps worked the first one did not worked. So far I have to use two ingredients - white one and clear liquid.

Is something wrong with this?

I usually get the Renergie HCF triple serum, but this time I ordered the triple with Retinol. Is it supposed to be oily? It looks like only 2 chambers are working; either that or there are 2 chambers for an oily substance and 1 for white lotion…. It leaves my face feeling greasy. Any suggestions?

Very disappointed!

The contents of the bottle - whatever it was before I received it and started using it (for a couple of days now) - is a strange, stratified, oil-like substance. It's sticky, unpleasant to the touch, and stings. Unfortunately, I received it approximately couple of months ago while I was using something else at the time. But last week I opened it and there is no way to return it ( I guess) because it passes the return frame time , so I am very disappointed because all I can do - is to throw I away!

This serum is my absolute favorite so far.
