Have been using this for years to tone and hydrate before moisturizing. I use a small spray bottle to spray it on my face. It’s so refreshing and it’s like giving my face a drink of water! I’ll use it on airplane flights or anytime I feel like I need it.

Believe it was changed from original. You’re making changes that might raise your bottom line, but lower your quality. Be looking elsewhere in future.

I have extremely sensitive skin and normally do not use toners. This one is amazing, no irritation at all. Very refreshing and reduces look if pore size.
