Not your average sweatpants

Ok. So, when you think of a sweatpants you think of pants that are thick and warm. These are thin thin thin! In fact, they're sheer! I bought these for my granddaughter for Fall wear. She wants to keep them as sleep pants. Theresno way she's wearing these to school where everyone can see her underwear.

cozy but run large

These are super cozy but seem to run large. We first ordered a size 10/12 for the length for my tall 8 year old (because of the working drawstring, I wasn't worried about fit at the top). Also given that the size 8 Land's End leggings ran way small (short), I figured 10/12 would be a safe bet here but there must have been and extra foot of length than what we needed. so back they went and the 7/8 easily fit with room to spare (and still needed the drawstring)

Cute

I bought this item for my granddaughter. It was colorful and remains colorful after several washings. I was disappointed in the fabric. I must not have read the details. The fabric was more nylon than expected. I had hoped it was cotton.

Seams unravel easy.

After the first use, seams in inner side of leg unraveled. I had to mend to repair. Also, the fabric gets bobbles/pilling quickly. I am a regular customer from Land's End, and I expected better quality.
