Incorrectly sized

Very disappointed in this product, it was obviously wrongly sized at time of manufacture. Labelling said it was large, but it was obviously at least one size larger, I am guessing XL. So returned product for refund.

Pay Attention

I was seriously disappointed with shopping at macys.com. I wanted to buy a gift for my husband and THOUGHT it was coming from Macy’s! It actually was through Land’s End! If I wanted Land’s End product,( which I have bought before so no offense there!),I would you have gone to their website!

Drop in Quality

I have been getting Lands End Super T turtle necks for many years now and have loved them. They have always had substantial material and the rib stitching on the neck and cuffs are are neat and snug enough not to sag without being tight. I loved them. So when I got a super t this year for Christmas I was very excited until I tried it on and noticed the shirt material is thinner and there is a very different stitching style for the neck and sleeve cuffs that is less robust. I’m very disappointed in Lands End! I looked a the tag and saw they switched manufacturers from the other ones I had. I’m guessing they got a cheaper deal and consequently the product is cheaper. It’s so sad to realize that even venerable old Lands End has cut its quality.

Fit is inconsistent

I bought a drawer full of them not long ago. Same size and color. The first two were made in Peru and fit great so I bought more. The second batch was from Indonesia and has a much tighter neck. I have an 18 1/2” neck and felt like I was being choked.
