Poor quality bracelet

I was so excited to find this online through macys as a Christmas gift to my mom. When she opened it on Christmas Day, I was helping her put charms on it and as I opened the clasp we noticed that one end of the bracelet had broken off and therefore could not be closed or used at all. It was so disappointing. Ultimately had to return as there was nothing we could do to fix it on our end since it literally had snapped off the bracelet.

Pandora bracelet

Ordered 12/17/2025 to have in time for Christmas for my wife. Was supposed to be here in 6 days. Then changed to 29th. A picture under the tree not quite the same. Hopefully shows up on 29th.
