Difficult buying on the web site when size is wron

This is a good quality coat which unfortunately came up ridiculously small , so yet again l was very annoyed with sizing at lands end , so l will have to pay to return

The Perfect Jacket

I am over 70 years old and have bought many, many jackets and coats over the years, never finding the perfect one, until now. I live where the weather can change fast so being able to successfully layer my outerwear is very important. This stylish jacket is constructed of durable and wear-resistant fabric, ready for an outdoor adventure. While being tough, the material also has a wonderful, soft sheen to it while being warm without added weight. I have received many, many compliments on it, so of course, it is my #1 choice when I need a jacket. Once again, Lands End has knocked it out of the park! Bravo!

The Perfect Jacket

I am over 70 years old and have bought many, many jackets and coats over the years. It snows where we live so layering is the only way to successfully be comfortable in changing weather. on I have searched for this very jacket. Not only is it beautiful and stylish, it is very warm but not overly so. The outer material is sturdy but has am elegant sheen to it. I don't usually wear the hood on any garment I wear but instead, turn them into a large collar around my neck. I have received so many compliments on this jacket, so of course, it is my #1 choice to wear when I go outside. The styling is pure genius. It looks elegant, is quiet when I move and the stylish shaping is the cherry on the top of this superior jacket. Thank you Lands End for another masterpiece..

Too small

Definitely runs small. I have several Lands' End coats and jackets in PM, and only this one is too tight even when I'm wearing just a thin turtleneck. I'll be returning this one.

Sizing felt wrong

This is the second time I bought this style jacket. First time was about 18 years ago. Size 14-16 petite. I’m fatter now so I bought an 18 petite. Was way too small. The next size is not offered in petite so I just returned it. First time in 25 years I’ve had a sizing problem at Land’s End. Very disappointed.
