I wanted to love this shirt

The shirt is very cute and I would recommend it for anyone with a small chest. The shirt came up very short for me. I’m a typical 1X but bustier than how the shirt was designed. I can’t lift my arms at all without exposing my midsection. For the right person with a short torso, it would be very nice.
