i will Never order anything from a separate company via Macys. I was 6 days late to return this item. I had a broken ankle and unable to return it to the store. After making it on my scooter i was told the "window " for returns had closed and Macys had no control over it. I wrote to Lands end but No reply. Watch who the vendor is before purchasing. I did not realize different rule would apply
