Pilled immediately

I bought this silk turtleneck to layer under a sweater while traveling, to keep me warm. After one day of wearing it, the sides and underarms of the turtleneck are fully pilled from friction with the sweater. I will still wear it under clothes, but it looks terrible on its own now; I wouldn't be able to wear it by itself. If you never planned to layer it, the fabric does feel nice. I usually love Lands End fabrics, but this one doesn't wear well.

Very satisfied

I bought two, one in pink the other in ivory. The ivory turned into a cool white after I washed it, but both keep me warm and look and feel great. The price is unmatched.

Perfect first layer

Bought this as a light under layer for turtleneck sweaters. Perfect, very light, cannot notice it visibly see extra layer.

I was happy with the quality. I ordered both a small and later a medium as wasn't sure of the sizing. I kept the small however find the armholes of it and also the medium one have been cut too small (I don't have fat arms by the way).

Planned on this being delicate—but it's FRAGILE

I own multiple silk items and planned to carefully hand wash and maintain this. No need—it snagged within hours of being put on, just from being under fabric. There's no way this will last through more than two washes. I've had sturdier tights and pantyhose. SUCH a bummer—it did a great job soothing my easily irritated skin otherwise. I wear a M but ordered a S based on size chart and that fit. I would have considered this a one-off, but I ordered two other silk interlock pieces and both were showing major signs of wear within a few hours of wearing while mostly seated at a desk.

So many uses

Wonderful top for many uses. Great for skiing under your sweater for warmth, same for a cold day of golf. Bit I also like to use this great lite weight turtleneck under a suit jacket to show off a very nice necklace. So many uses. All great!
