Very heavy for summer, insert bra too thick

Caution not true to size

I ordered this in a medium, for reference I am 5'6" 130 with slim upper body and small busted. Oddly the tank was hard to pull on, the band around the rib cage was stiff and bra cups were loose and wide set, and the underarms were too large. I could have used a small in the bra, but i wouldn't have been able to pull it over my head!
