Great stretchy "jeans" but strong chemical smell

Love these "jeans" but the last two pair I ordered had a very strong chemical smell and even after 4 washings it was still there. I finally had to return both pairs. I ordered them last year and they were perfect for my 94 year old mom who is wheelchair bound. So dissapointed.

So comfortable

I was told about the Starfish jeans by a friend. I didn't know they existed. I now have 2 pair of the Starfish jeans, and they are so comfortable and wash nicely. I donated my regular jeans.

Smells bad

Bought these jeans, they had an unusual smell. I washed them. The smell did not come out. I then washed them in very hot water and they still smell awful…

Great for travel and every day wear

This is my second pair. They are the most comfortable jean-like pants I own. They never bag, they stretch, they are the perfect mid-weight. I bought them for travel but now they are my go-to every day jean.

No longer have belt loops

These are just not the same any more. No belt loops and fit is entirely different. Net a fan of the changes.

Too Long

I wanted to love these. The material is great, fits in the waist, looks polished and professional on. Downside is they made them for someone 6 feet or taller! I’m 5’6 and there was at least 6 inches of length I was folding under.

Loose jeans

I’m gonna have to retract my original review…I wore these ONE day & after wearing them & loving them they were so loose on me that I could hardly keep them up! I was so happy with them that I ordered a second pair in another color…still waiting for those. It appears that the elastic in the waist is very “flimsy”. I have numerous pairs of Starfish pants in every color of the 5-pocket pants & the elastic in those are just right/tight. Please check these out for loose elastic. I ordered the size large which is what all the others are. I would’ve preferred midrise in these but I don’t believe that style is available with the 4 pockets.
