Not waterproof, only a light jacket.

Had only worn this in light sprinkles until a heavier off and on rain that I had to be out in for a little over an hour. Was sopping wet, water went right through. Very disappointing. Useful only as a light jacket, will need to find a real light waterproof packable raincoat.

Runs Large!

I have around 10 Lands End jackets in my closet. All are size Petite Medium. This jacket runs very large! Long in the sleeves, long in length and large around the body. I had to re-order in a Petite Small, which thankfully fit well. I like the jacket otherwise. It is waterproof as described. I have a different rain jacket that is only water resistant.

Very happy with purchase

I purchased this raincoat in the lilac petal last week, and it arrived today. I am very pleased with the color and fit. It’s roomy enough to fit a heavy sweater or fleece for cooler weather, and it’s light enough to pack easily into a carryon. It versatile enough that you can wear it with jeans or slacks. It’s perfect for traveling.

Bought in 2023 for a trip to Ireland. Seemed good for that trip! Brought for my current trip to Ireland & I’m soaking wet! Does not keep you dry in constant rain!

Color bleeds

I bought this rain coat in the spring and wore it just now yeti walk in the rain. The color bled all over my hands staining them red, the Disney hat I was wearing stained, my pants below the coat red.

Cute, practical, generous sizing

I bought this coat, even though I have enough raingear, because I wanted an easy to pack rain jacket for summer travel. This fits the bill and actually is attractive on. I like my clothes fairly loose, and normally would purchase PM, but from experience I've learned Lands' End outerwear runs rather generous, so I purchased PS and I'm very glad I did. It's still comfortably loose, but would have been unattractively enormous if it I had purchased a PM. So if in doubt, you might want to go with the smaller size. I got the yellow, and it's a very cheerful bright yellow. I'm rather pale and some yellows can wash me out, but this actually brightened me and was flattering.
