Chain is shorter than described

I would have really liked to keep this pendant, but unfortunately had to return it because the chain length was not what I was looking for. The item description online said the chain was "Approximate length- 20''+2'' extension chain" however when the item arrived it was actually only 18 inches long with no extension.

Fabulous looking pendant

Love this pendant which comes with a gold sturdy chain. I wear a pacemaker so bought this, had it engraved to alert people of my pacemaker and its position and I wear it everyday! It's practical and pretty! I am very happy with my purchase!

Nice...

Really nice and was able to engrave 3 lines. Love it. Just one star less because the medal is a little too heavy for the chain.
