I like the color of the gold. It's very rich looking and not yellow. The price was higher than a 22 inch chain at another store, but I paid the higher price because I wanted a 20 inch chain.

Not worth it.

I like the box chain look. However the clasp is way too teeny & hard to close. I bought this at 70% off and it is still not worth it. Very light. The original price on this is absurd. I’ll be returning it & have learned my lesson about ordering jewelry online.

Hollow chain that is not stated in description

Expected a good deal from a black friday sale. I purchased a matching necklace and bracelet set. The pieces looked good until you get them in your hands. Both were super light and had no wieght to them. They turned out to be hollow which wasnt the impression i was given from the description on the website. No where deos it say hollow or solid on the description, so there is some deception. I returned both items the same day they were delivered. Be aware of online purchases.

Very Disappointed!

I went into the Local Macys store and ordered the 20” large rounded box link chain. Shipping took 3-4 days. When the chain arrived, it was a completely different chain. It looked more like the 20” oval link chain. I was so disappointed and immediately went in to the local Macys where I ordered it. I was fortunate to find the same sales person and, as soon as I took it out the little black bag she said “that is not the same chain.” She did not try to reorder it because she said that I would get the same chain (oval link) as she would put the same sku number. I was both angry and disappointed. Macys is sure going downhill. Imagine someone entering a sku that does not match the product advertised. So frustrated…

Loving it so far

I had been looking for a chain for a few weeks prior to Black Friday and had not purchased anything. Checked out the stock in stores but they were too small like 1.5mm so I checked online and found. 3.5mm round box after seeing a 3.5mm rope elsewhere but not solid. The original price tag is ridiculous but I was comfortable with the BF sale price and seriously doubt they are ever sold for the tag price. After wearing for a week I really love it so far and wish I could find a matching bracelet.
