THE BEST!

I have been looking for a mascara that makes my lashes longer not thicker! I have had some problem with eye rashes with the waterproof mascara. I thought I couldn't wear regular mascara, but the Flutter work just as well as a waterproof ....I stays all day! It is the best I have ever used. I love this Flutter mascara. I will flutter my lashes all I want to now!
