Got a returned item

It is not vacuum when it came, and I saw some dog hairs on it… it is final sale, cannot return… waste my money… the blanket is very heavy, and I don’t think it is 100% cotton outside

Not worth opening the box

I had such high hopes for this purchase but it very disappointing. The color is not really white-more of a dingy white. The fabric is flimsy and the overall appearance is horrible. It was a final act at a deep discount so I have no recourse. Maybe I can find someone that wants a brand new, dingy white, limp comforter set. I gave it one star because there were no negative stars

Good quality, it was on sale so it’s even better

Disappointing

It was not the quality that I would expect from Charter Club. Disappointed that I can't return it since I didn't realize it was final sale! Lesson learned! Pay attention!

awful product

I first saw this comforter on display in store and it looked very nice and seemed like it was good quality. They did not have king size available in store so I ordered online. When I received the package and opened it up there was discoloration on the bottom side, which almost looked like water stains that were yellow. The comforter was not stitched properly either. It definitely it did not look like what was on display in store. The packaging was dirty and it looked like it was sitting for quite some time somewhere in a warehouse . I was very disappointed and I had to return it. What a hassle. Based on the quality vs price, I definitely skipped this one.
